We finished the numbers for last school year, August 2025 through June 2026. One result stands out: two of every three hours teachers spent on 2gnoMe went to growth work.
Share of teacher time on growth work, each month of SY 2025–26.
What counts as growth
Growth work is learning plans, the resource library, journals and most portfolio work. Compliance and navigation is dashboards, results, summaries and PDU tracking. Pages that do both are split: feedback half and half, forms and portfolio 70/30.
What the year looked like
67% of teacher time went to growth, 33% to compliance and navigation.
Growth led every month, by 1.4 to 3.4 times.
An active teacher spent about 1h 35m a month on 2gnoMe.
Teachers who use learning resources spend nearly two hours a month there. Each compliance page takes under ten minutes.
By May, more than three times as many educators were active as in August, and each spent nearly twice as long.
Administrators spent 66% of their time on observations and teacher growth.
The required steps still get done. They just stay small, and the rest of the week goes to the work that changes practice.
