How this works — the methodology
The AI Maturity framework spans five connected domains and 24 components, cross-walked to the standards US organizations already govern by: the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001. Both require a capable, AI-aware workforce — neither tells you how to find out whether you have one. That's what this measures.
Each component is read two ways: your Actions (what you'd actually do, from short, realistic situations) and your Self-Perception (how you see yourself). The gap between them is the signal — where confidence and capability disagree is where growth starts. Feedback from peers and leaders comes later, mirroring the same components, so your own read sits next to how your work lands with others.
A reflection, not a test · no right or wrong answers · nothing you enter is scored or labeled by AI · data never shared or sold.
