Ilya Zeldin leads strategy and platform technology, with a proven track record of taking concepts to scale and profitability. Before 2gnoMe, Ilya managed the global business unit at Dell Software, and before that co-started and scaled two start-ups. Ilya lives with his family in New York, an alum of Georgetown MBA and SUNY at Stony Brook.

Richard Laine was previously Director of Education at the National Governors Association. Before that, Richard served as the Director of Education for The Wallace Foundation, where he led its initiative aimed at strengthening the quality of education leadership and its connection to improving student achievement. Prior to his position at Wallace, Richard was the Director of Education Policy and Initiatives at the Illinois Business Roundtable, the Associate Superintendent for Policy, Planning and Resource Management at the Illinois Board of Education and the Executive Director at the Coalition for Educational Rights.

Bruce Umpstead provides businesses and organizations with thought leadership, strategic direction, and program development services related to education technology, data analytics, and competency-based learning in PK-20 education. From 2007 to 2013, he served as Michigan’s state “EdTech” director where he mastered innovation at-scale. Bruce holds a B.A. in Public Administration and an M.B.A. in Finance and General Management from Michigan State University. He lives in DeWitt, Michigan with his wife and two teenage daughters.

Neal Goff is the founder and President of Egremont Associates, which assists education, non-profit and technology firms with strategic planning, marketing, and development of strategic partnerships. Before that, Neal held senior leadership roles in publishing, first at Time Life Books and Book-of-the-Month Club and then as President of Prentice Hall Direct, Scholastic Library Publishing, and the Weekly Reader Publishing Group. Neal is also a Senior Advisor at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips and serves on the Board of the Education Technology Information Network of the SIIA (Software & Information Industry Association).

Rita Ferrandino brings more than 30 years of experience building companies and delivering strong revenue in education markets. Rita is one of the most effective strategists and coalition-builders in the education community. She is a nationally recognized STEM education expert and authority on education policy and politics. Rita is also the founding partner at Arc Capital Development, a global private investment and advisory firm, with a portfolio of companies generating over a billion dollars a year to schools worldwide.
