WHAT "SKILLS TRACKED" MEANS
Teachers receive classroom observations and summative feedback across different skills (components) in their district's framework.
For example, the Danielson Framework includes 22 components across 4 domains. Therefore, a district with 100 teachers has 2200 total skills per observation. We get paid according to the improvement between observations.
