- Notice relevant "So What" recommendations for each skill.
- If you want, connect with trusted peers for feedback. In 2 minutes, peers answer the same questions but asked about you. When at least five peers respond, you get their aggregated 360° perspective.
- Take a moment to reflect and enhance your awareness.

How it works for platform administrators
- First, you need to register for your free and secure environment on the platform
- Then you can create unlimited number of assessment scenarios
- For each new assessment
- You can choose from our soft skills assessments or add other content you like
- Add participants (e.g., candidates, employees, students) or get a link for your online posting
- Personalize virtually every part of user experience, includuing branding and SoWhat recommendations
- Last, invite participants via email or embed your assessment link in job postings and other outreach initiatives.
