awareness gain self-knowledge perception personality

In the sepia tone mornings or grey scale evenings your eyes can deceive. This limited light can lack a depth of understanding, for the eye and for the mind. For instance, a cabinet against a pulled curtain can look like a human figure, and a laundry basket held in a half light can appear as an unwanted animal, wild or not.

The thing to understand is that this can be true too in the broad light of day, if to a lesser extent.

So remain wary of falling victim to the tricks of a single sense. Full awareness ALWAYS involves all the capabilities of deduction. Exercising them in unison is a solid start at full awareness.

Being in the moment with acute awareness offers the best shot at what truly IS, rather than what merely APPEARS.
